The National Anti-Corruption Plan (NACP) 2019 – 2023 was launched on 29 January 2019 herald a new phase towards a clean and accountable Malaysia. The NACP was developed as a realisation of the Pakatan Harapan (PH) government’s manifesto which will be implemented within five years.
The NACP was developed by the Governance, Integrity and Anti-Corruption Center (GIACC), the Prime Minister’s Department, various ministries, departments and civil society organisation including C4 Center. The NACP was developed with practical goals based on the initiatives done by government and private agencies to address issues around corruption, integrity and governance for the coming five years.
C4 Center, as the leading good governance and anti-corruption advocacy group in Malaysia, compelled to track the progress six strategies of the NACP as we have been tracking the PH manifesto promises. This is a document where we keep the government acountable to their promises.
